World Cup handbook shows communist-era Croatia flag (Tiscali)
BERLIN (Reuters) - The organising committee for the soccer World Cup in Germany apologised on Wednesday after it accidentally printed a handbook for tournament volunteers showing Croatia s communist-era flag.
